OK, so I just got back from an invigorating workout and of course, my appetite is sky high – I usually end up eating a bad snack, which technically is alright given that the metabolism is burning every calorie you take in immediately after – BUT, my mom had bought a large pack of “Dannon Light&Fit Yogurt” and omg, I kid you not – it’s delicious. I’m not a big fan of yogurt, but this is hitting the spot. They have various flavors. I’m currently eating the Peach. It even has tiny bits of fresh peaches in it!! Very refreshing and highly recommended!
C’mon, how can you say no to a snack that satisfies the taste buds + healthy?
